General principles
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (“you”) at https://mestora.fr:
Using https://mestora.fr and/or by placing an order, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions presented in this document.
Please ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.
The presentation of products or services on the site https://mestora.fr Availability at any given time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.
We also reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The version of the terms and conditions that will apply to your order will be the one displayed on the website. https://mestora.fr .
Price and delivery
The prices displayed on https://mestora.fr are inclusive of VAT.
All items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The cost of each delivery method is clearly displayed during the checkout process. If we are unable to deliver your entire order and need to make multiple deliveries, subsequent deliveries will not incur any additional charges for you.
Once the shipment has been made, we are not responsible for the carrier's delay and we do not refund shipping costs if the carrier takes, for example, 72 hours to deliver instead of 48 hours.
Place an Order
To place an order, the customer must follow these steps:
- Add the selected products to your cart. You can access your cart at any time to modify or confirm your order. The customer can review the details of their cart, view the total amount and delivery charges, and then confirm their order by clicking the "order" button.
- Log in to your account to identify yourself. If the customer does not have an account, they will need to create one by following the account creation procedure indicated by https://mestora.fr
- When choosing their delivery address and payment method, at the time of validating the order summary, the customer expressly accepts the general terms and conditions of sale in force on the Site, the customer is redirected to the secure payment site.
MESTORA FR immediately confirms the order registration by sending a confirmation message to the email address provided by the customer when entering their full contact details at the time of placing the order. The customer will thus receive an email confirming their order. No order can be cancelled or modified unless the order was placed twice in error. In that case, please send an email within 3 hours of placing your order to: mestorasav@gmail.com
Payment Methods
By confirming your order, you agree to pay the indicated price.
Cancellation and modification
Once your purchase is confirmed, no cancellations or modifications can be made to your order.
Order cancellations are not possible.
No order modifications are possible; this includes (changing colors, deleting one or more items, adding one or more items).
No changes can be made to the recipient's address; this includes (name/surname, address, city, postal code, telephone number).
Delivery
MESTORA FR makes every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible and in the order they were placed. We strive to ship your order within 48 to 72 business hours of order confirmation. While we do our best to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery may occasionally take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that delivery takes longer than 30 days, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the expected delivery times (provided you have previously given us your email address).
- Return cases If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or nonexistent address, failure to collect it from the post office, or any other reason, you will be responsible for the redelivery fees. If you fail to claim your returned package, these fees will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel your order, you will still be responsible for the original shipping costs.
Returns
You have 7 days to make a return. To do so, please contact us by email at mestorasav@gmail.com, indicating the reason for your return and your order number. We will then ask you to return the item via Colissimo home delivery only (return shipping costs are your responsibility) to the following address:

Returned products must be in their original packaging and unworn or unwashed…if the return does not meet these conditions we will refuse it and you will not be refunded.
Once we receive your return package, we have a maximum of 10 days to send you an email with a promo code (voucher) to reimburse you.
Shipping and return costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Under no circumstances will we issue refunds via credit card or PayPal; refunds will only be made in the form of vouchers.
Items purchased on promotion and "CLEARANCE" type offers are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
The right of withdrawal has exceptions. For example, it is excluded for the “supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized” (Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code), which is the case for MESTORA FR, which makes its clothes to order.
In the specific case of an error in an order we processed, items must be returned in their original packaging with the label attached. Returns are accepted if you contact us within 7 days (maximum) of receiving the item. Before accepting the return in this case, we reserve the right to request photos and videos as proof. Only in this case will we cover the return shipping costs for the items in question.
Please note that items must be unworn. Any return that does not meet these conditions will be refused. We carefully check items before shipping, but errors can occasionally occur. In such cases, a return is possible, and a refund will be issued once the item is received.
Our responsibility
MESTORA FR cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
Finally, MESTORA FR cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.
https://mestora.fr is not responsible for delays, losses or thefts of parcels committed by the transport company in charge of your parcel.
In the event of a package being shown as delivered on the package tracking link, but the customer indicates that they have not received it, MESTORA FR customer service is not responsible.
In this case, you will need to contact the relevant delivery service directly.

The after-sales service is responsive and responds quickly to requests from Tuesday to Saturday, in the morning only.
