General principles
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (“you”) to https://mestora.fr:
Using https://mestora.fr and/or by placing an order, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions presented in this document.
Please ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.
The presentation of products or services on the site https://mestora.fr at any particular time does not imply or warrant that such products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.
We also reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the general conditions which will apply to your order will be that appearing on the site https://mestora.fr.
Price and delivery
The prices displayed on https://mestora.fr are inclusive of tax.
Any item on promotion is neither returned nor exchanged.
The cost of each delivery method is clearly indicated during the checkout process. If we are unable to deliver your entire order and have to make multiple deliveries, subsequent deliveries will not incur additional costs to you.
Once the shipment has been made, we are not responsible for the carrier's delay and we do not reimburse the shipping costs in the case where the carrier takes, for example, 72 hours to deliver to you instead of 48 hours.
Place Order
To order, the customer must follow these steps:
- Add the chosen products to your basket. Access to the basket is possible at any time to modify or validate it, the customer checks the details of his basket, consults its total amount and the delivery costs and validates it with the "order" button
- Log in to your account in order to identify yourself. In the event that the customer does not have an account, they must create one by following an account creation procedure indicated by https://mestora.fr
- Choose their delivery address and payment method, when validating the order summary, the customer expressly accepts the general conditions of sale in force on the Site, the customer is redirected to the secure payment site.
MESTORA FR immediately confirms the registration of their order by sending a confirmation message to the email address that the customer will have communicated when entering their full contact details when placing their order. The customer will thus receive an e-mail confirming their order. No order can be canceled or modified unless the order is placed twice by mistake send an email within 3 hours after ordering: mestorasav@gmail.com
Payment methods
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated.
Cancellation and modification
Once your purchase has been validated, no cancellation or modification can be made to your order.
No order cancellation is possible.
No order modification is possible, this includes (change of color, deletion of one or more items, addition of one or more items)
No modification to the recipient's address is possible, this includes (surname/first name, address, city, postal code, telephone number)
The delivery
MESTORA FR makes every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were placed. We make every effort to ship your order to you within 48 to 72 working hours after confirming an order. Although we do our best to deliver to you within the communicated deadlines, delivery may sometimes take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you will then be entitled to a full refund.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with expected delivery times (provided you have previously provided us with your email address).
- Return case : if your package is returned to us for wrong address, non-existent address, non-recovery of the package at the post office, or any other reason you must pay the re-delivery costs. In the event that your return package is not claimed, costs will be deducted from you upon reimbursement. If you cancel your order, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
The returns
You have 7 days to make a return. To do this, you must contact us by email at mestorasav@gmail.com indicating the reason for your return and your order number. We will then ask you to return by colissimo to your home only (return costs at your expense) to the following address:

Returned products must be in their original packaging and not worn or washed...if the return does not meet these conditions we will refuse it and you will not be refunded.
Once we receive your return package, we have 10 days maximum to send you an email with a promo code (voucher) to reimburse you.
Shipping and return costs will not be refunded in any way.
Under no circumstances will we reimburse with credit card or paypal, reimbursements will only be made in the form of a voucher.
In the particular case of an error on an order that we have made, the items must be returned in their original packaging with label. Return is accepted if you contact us within days (7max) of receipt of the item. Before accepting the return in this case, we are entitled to ask you for photos and videos as proof. In this only case we will cover the costs of returning the items where there is an error.
We remind you that the items must not have been worn. Any return that does not comply with the conditions will be refused. We check the items carefully before sending them but in exceptional cases there may be errors. In this case only the return is possible and the refund will be made once the item is received.
Our responsibility
MESTORA FR cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
Finally, MESTORA FR cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
https://mestora.fr is not held responsible for delays, losses or theft of packages committed by the transport company in charge of your package.
In the event of a package indicated as being delivered on the package tracking link, but the customer indicates that they have not received it, METORA FR customer service is not held responsible.
In this case, you will need to contact the delivery service concerned directly.
